Cooking mistakes

@hjbenson challenged me to do a yin-yang photo. Well I have pondered this almost all week. I had in mind to capture a picture of a male and female bird (the birds were not cooperative). My yard before new snow and then after but the snow did not cooperate. So I have here my baking this morning. The raw material and the finished product. That works doesn't it. The mistake - they were supposed to be maple - blueberry muffins and I forgot to add the blueberries. Still tasted good.
@hjbenson I am relatively sure this is not what you were thinking - but I do have a tendency to follow unique thoughts.

Great photo and I love that you forgot the blueberries, so they became Maple Muffins! Wonderful, Joan!

Creative response to your challenge Joan... and it looks like you got to bake two lots of muffins - what was it you said about Weight Watchers?
March 15th, 2015
@vignouse I only made 12 muffins and 8 are frozen for the future and 3 are saved for later in the week one small muffin every morning with my yogurt. I actually don't follow Weight Watchers as I prefer The three hour diet. I have 400 calories for three meals and 100 for two snacks and everything is three hours apart and I have lost two pounds this week. Slow but sure.

@joansmor Sounds interesting, I shall have to Google it... well done on the 2lbs.

@vignouse It's an old plan In 2008 and 2009 I lost nearly 100 pounds. Taking off is easier than keeping off.

Sounds great to me (as I am not a fan of blueberries!). Good shot!

It looks fabulous... who needs blueberries ;-)

Clever concept. I like the diagonal on the tray and the wooden box with the black hardware on it, gives a nice depth and interest to the photo. I am trying a wine and cheese diet this week. It isn't helping me lose weight, but I am in such a great mood!!!

@kt8ird Maybe I should join you.
