Not the new turf!!!

Interesting shot!! wouldnt like those in my front garden

Are they possums? Our lawn gets dug up by badgers now and then - they come searching for the grubs just beneath the surface in Autumn. Drives us mad! But badgers are gorgeous things.

@777margo
I couldn’t get a decent shot of these meerkats then my batteries went. I’ll go back soon. Thanks for the much appreciated comments.

@casablanca
They’re actually meerkats! Terrible photo. I’ll go back and redo.

Meerkats!! A lot bigger than moles then but making as much mess! They must love grubbing about in the sand! Interesting shot!

Love all the markings and shapes you have captured on both animals and ground.

Gorgeous little animals. I don't want them to dig in my garden, though. Lovely shot.

Great details. They look quite busy!

A cute capture

I'm glad you included the kind of animal these are in your tags. I was wondering and probably never would have guessed because I'm more accustomed to seeing photos of them standing on their hind legs.

I'm so intrigued with the flora and fauna of Australia and sooo want to visit there. Might not make it in person, so I always enjoy the 365 tours meanwhile -- thanks!

@sdutoit @rickster549 @hjbenson @aikimomm I suspect that the turf is put in there for them to play with. Thanks for the much appreciated comments.

Such an interesting shot. I could only recognize them by their distinctive faces.

They look so cute at the Natural museum near Tucson Arizona. I don’t think I’d like them in the yard.

@sherimiya @shutterbug49

January 8th, 2021
I don't know what they are but I wouldn't want them digging in my yard either!
