The final assignment for the Dogwood 52 week challenge was: Story: Tell your story. Okay for starters, I choose to behind the camera and tell other's stories. Occasionally, I slip up and tell a bit about me so, when asked to tell my story I fussed and truly fussed all week. Amazing how complicated one can be if we delve into ourselves.
This is one item that has lasted longer than me and is from the place that I was 'made'. I was born in West Germany, a country that doesn't technically exist now.
@nickspicsnz Thank you so kindly for the fav. I really have a tough time when talking about me. I am much more comfortable behind the camera.
@joemuli Thank you so very much for the fav. Talking about me is a challenge. The cookie tin is still in great shape, they knew how to make things back in the dark ages.:):)
An intriguing shot. Don't worry, you've not given away too much about yourself.... although it's amazing how with a few clues here and there we build up a picture of each other on 365... probably a false one but I think we need to do it so we feel like we are talking to a real person.
@ingajohansson Thank you very much. Abstracts are fun to play with. The telling about oneself, not so much.
@megpicatilly Thank you. The opening up about oneself is a tough one. I am usually the one that stays in the background. I have always been surprised on how nice this cookie tin has stayed over the years.
@overalvandaan I'm really not too complicated but also like to keep a healthy distance from Facebook and Twitter so opening up with a visual is much more comfortable.
Interesting take on the last challenge! For me this was one of the easier ones - my life is all about time or lack of it! I have to ask (because I am so nosey, lol) what is it?
@stephanies Its funny how we define ourselves. My description of me changes all the time. This is a cookie tin or maybe a tin for chocolates, not really sure but I like that it has West Germany on it. Even my birth certificate is in German so I guess that I have duel citizenship, not sure what to do about that, though.
Ah, thanks for explaining...duel citizenship allows you to live in either country and entitles you to the same benefits as any resident citizen I think..
