The storm clouds were approaching rapidly as we walked around the lake at Dellinger Park yesterday. We were assaulted by pine needles as the winds picked up. Fortunately, the threat was greater than the actual storm. We were lucky that the storm front lost its intensity before it reached us. God bless all those who were affected by all the tornados yesterday.
