“May you always have walls for the winds, a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire, laughter to cheer you, those you love near you and all your heart might desire." --this is the new neighborhood that is being build behind my home. If you look closely you will see two roofers on top of the home on the right. These homes are going up fast and even though it is Saturday I can hear the constant pounding of the nail guns and hammers. I wonder if those roofers saw the drone overhead taking their picture?
Nice light and rays. I'm glad that they have at least left the trees around the edges of the development. Here they have a habit taking out all of the vegetation in new housing estates.
@ludwigsdiana Thanks Diana... not sure if the lots are 1/2 acre or not but that is typical around here... I shoot in raw and jpg so if I want to use the raw files I need to edit... I most always edit anyway just because it is a lot of fun.

The homes being built are pretty large and I do hope more trees are planted. The developers can build right up to my back fence but so far they have not put a road back there to do so. I agree with Wylie... I hope they plant more trees!
