My parents and daughter joined us at the cabin today. We collected wood and each painted our name (we painted the name’s of the people who weren’t there too). We’re going to secure the pieces of wood and attach them to the house somewhere to make a family tree.
What a lovely idea.. they look great. Love Kennedy's 'Koru's' added to her wood.. This is used in lots of Maori carvings as a symbol for new life, growth, strength and peace.. The shape of an unfurling fern.
Fabulous names and wonderful thing to create.
Beautiful… I absolutely Love it!
