Sunlight on a Quarry Face. by ladymagpie

Sunlight on a Quarry Face.

A path through a hill top wood brought me to this quarry, hidden deep into the wood. If it hadn't been for the sunlight playing on the face of the quarry I think I would have walk on by without actually noticing it.

Goodness that is well hidden, it is true what they say about it all being about the light which has lit up this gorgeous honey coloured stone, good eye for spotting

Great shot. It's always nice to spot something you're about to walk by. Makes you wonder what else we miss.

Great catch, Heather! If not for the way the light caught it it would have blended right in !
