Standing Proud, the Flower of the Staghorn Sumac Tree. by ladymagpie

Standing Proud, the Flower of the Staghorn Sumac Tree.

A small tree that is on a little green just opposite my house and when in flower is a picture of colour.

It's the same tree that the local village children have climb on for years gone by, but survives with all the bashing it gets.

Best viewed with the magnify button above the pic.
lovely detail and focus here; our sumacs turn a brilliant red in autumn, do yours as well?
