We are in the middle of almost hurricane weather here in SW England and the only reason to venture out is to check the fencing and roof, so it's into my archives and another view from around this area.
A beautiful part of my home and the village of Slad where Laurie Lee lived and wrote his famous novel "Cider with Rosie". In the middle of the picture are the fields and lanes where Rosie lived her life, such a beautiful area.

Glorious. Hope you are staying safe. I heard on the news today of the dreadful weather in your part of the world and thought of you. I wondered what you would do for today's photo
@elisasaeter@ubobohobo@philcameron59 Thank you all for your comments, thank you Margaret for your concern, there were times that I was concerned watching fencing and TV ariels falling down.
@cassiejoy Once again you are so kind, I live in a very beautiful area and love taking photographs of my countryside. Your also find I'm a bit mad with my humourous comments as well.
