Police, Fire and Ambulance.

I've had to dig into my records today as I've just got home from geocaching and photography for this project. Thought my foreign friends would like to see one of our policeman.

A few years ago I was in the old part of Stroud, with my trusty camera and came across the road blocked off with all the emergency services. The local Bobby stopping the traffic, a couple of ambulances and a fire crew further up the road.

What happened was a man had climbed out of a third floor window on the right had side houses, just to adjust his TV aerial. Unfortunately he was not using any roof ladder and slipped off the roof and fell 3 floors to the road below. Although seriously injured he lived to tell a tale about safety later
