It's Thursday and my cleaners day, so I escaped off to my green fingered friends home.I know I have capture many flowers from her wonderful garden but today I found a new Dahlia that has just started to come out.
This is known as a Purple Gem Dahlia and has spectacular petals and center. Being an old pensioner I had to remember the name as I didn't have a pen and paper to right it down. So today I find it easier to relate something to a single word and for this it was the word prince.
Yes "Prince" the singer and his song, "Purple Rain", it worked and I didn't have to ring her to ask what was that flower? NOW WHO AM I ?
