I've been doing a lot of cross country walking in the past week with the good weather, obviously picking up some geocaches on the way. Must admit I've enjoyed it but the old muscles really ache the following mornings.
I had completed a couple of miles here and was walking back into civilisation, not that it was far away at any time. On the right hand side just below the trees on the hillside, is where I live, and no I wasn't walking there as the car was in the village in front of me. I have found one problem though, the more I walk I tend to eat a hearty meal afterwards, so the calories I've taken off gets put straight back on.
I can just picture you walking with a camera round your neck, walking fast ... as you are getting hungry ,,,
