Another pretty picture from yesterdays walk up on the Cotswold Hills. A field of wheat had this splash of red from some poppies which made for an interesting capture.
It won't be long before the farmer harvests this wheat field and the poppies with also disappear. I could be serious and say it seems very similar to when our soldiers were chopped down during the war, how appropriate that this flower is used for our remembrance days. Worth viewing with the dark background.
