A visit to one of my flower friends greenhouses and the tomatoes are as big as footballs, but they need a blast of hot sunshine to get them ready for the kitchen.
Saying that, if they don't ripen that I'm sure that Angie, will her other hobby of cooking, will produce a great many jars of green tomato chutney. View with the dark surround.

Beautiful tomatoes look as though they will ripen shortly. I have a great admiration for people who garden and cook with enthusiasm. i do both but more out of necessity.
