The Magic Man (Click on the pic for the poem)

Christmas time has been and gone
I hope you've had some fun
Lots of turkey, pud and cake
And even a current bun.

Well Santa came along one night
He dropped boxes on my floor
Inside of one, was this Magic Man?
So green and hairy, I really did adore.

He said to me, you make a wish
He twitch his bright red nose
Stars circled round his pointed hat
And I had tingles in my toes.

I looked outside and there it was
My wish for a brand new car
Shining bright on my drive
I thought I was a star.

I turned around the man had gone
The room was looking creepy
It's then I realised all the truth
It was a dream, and now I'm very sleepy.
