I took this capture some time ago, but it came to relevance today as I was having my afternoon nap. I'm getting old, so I do like a little afternoon snooze in my reclining chair. I tried to doze off but every now and then I heard a buzzing around my head, right it's a fly and it’s got to go.
I spent the next half an hour chasing it around the room, opening doors to other rooms that it wouldn't go in. Suddenly I cornered it around the kitchen window, quarter of an hour later I was still trying to swot it with the tea-towel.
Finally, it went quiet, so I moved the plants off my window ledge, it had only got it's self in a spiders web and was trapped. A big thank you to the spider, and a bigger thank you to my cleaning ladies for missing the cobweb.
Keep smiling, and no it was now too late for my snooze.
