This pigeon just couldn't make up its mind on what it's going to do next, fly down to the garden lawn next door, or fly down to my parking area where there might be some seeds to pick up.
This must be where the synonym comes from for someone or something that just can’t make a decision, so it's said to be "Sitting on the Fence", Well this is what the pigeon is doing and I wonder how many times we do the same.
I don't actually mean sitting on the fence, my neighbour wouldn't be happy because it would definitely collapse if I tried that. It's more a case for me of shall I have a mint cornetto, or a strawberry cornetto, oh decisions, decisions.
Certainly sitting on the fence and wondering what to do next - by the neck markings it may be a youngster - and we know what youngsters are like!!!!!! Nice shot! fav
