It Was A Cloudy Day

One of the first views as we exited the metro station yesterday. Flags in DC were flying at half mast to honor President Abraham Lincoln who died on this day (April 15, 1865) 150 years ago.

150 years ago in some ways doesn't seem a log time! But so much has happened and life has advanced since then. This is very nice - all those flags!
