Herring Gull by lifeat60degrees

Herring Gull

When I first came to Shetland I made up a postcard to help me remember the names of the different types of Gull.  It really consisted of the colour of the bill and the legs.  As a result the Herring Gull entry would be Yellow Beak / Red Spot / Pink Legs.

P.S.  The standing bird does have two legs.
lovely capture, nice lighting too.

These herring gulls look much more docile than the ones in Padstow.
