This popped on the PP and TP this morning, thank you! I rolled the passenger window down and took this photo at 35 mph (new low speed limit on the road over the dam). The sailing club is quite large and very active, lots of regattas, races and parties! I couldn’t tell what event this was, though, perhaps a regatta. I’m so glad you liked this photo.
