Dorothy’s spooner by louannwarren

Dorothy’s spooner

Maybe two days a year the sun comes through the kitchen door to shine on this cut glass spooner, for just a few minutes. This for the word “light” this month.
Great shot

@kaylynn2150 they are usually cut glass and they hold your teaspoons. Easy access to the spoons instead of having to open your silverware drawer. 😊

Is a spooner container for spoons Lou Ann.....I’m guessing it’s that...looks a lovely container & the sunshine is bouncing off that cut glass.

@happypat yes they are old timey, usually clear cut glass, they hold your teaspoons so you don’t have to open your silverware drawer. 😊

Nicely captured- I love the way light comes through cut glass and leaves patterns of light on the table or counter top.

Your own little version of the Myan pyramids! Does that happen only during the winter and summer solstice? ;-)
