Physical therapy really has helped me. I will probably only go one or two more times. I’m trying to make it a habit to do my exercises at home in between appointments.
If you find a good one they can make all the difference in keeping you moving. The exercises they give are great, I have so many different areas to keep maintained.
Good idea. Our regular keep fit and walking groups are finished at the moment until the end of January, but I do go out for a walk on the beach most days.
