at Glenelly wine estate. I wonder how much it is hurting them all not being allowed to pour or sell any wine during lockdown. Most people don't go out now because of the situation.
Such a beautiful scene with vibrant summer colours. Such a shame that people can't relax with a glass of wine and enjoy it. I feel for all the business owners and their employees who are suffering such financial hardship during this pandemic.
Pretty picture. I feel so sorry for our wine and liquor industries. There are many micro breweries that have had to give up. As well as restaurants. So sad!
It looks like a fabulous place. The views are amazing and it looks like you can have a bit of privacy and still enjoy the atmosphere. Do they sell anything besides wine like food or other types of drinks?
Great capture of this beautiful country view.
Gladly you can store the wine. Hope for better times.
(You need regulair and study winds. No winds, no electrical power.)
@onewing The government has put a ban on all alcoholic beverages during lockdown. Some are closed, others with restaurants are open but not many people want to go eating out f there is not wine available. So sad :( @grammyn Some restaurants are trying to make alcohol free "mocktails" so that you have something to drink with your meal ;-) @linnypinny I agree with you, but what is the purpose of not selling wine in a restaurant got to do with it Lin? The restaurants on wine estates are all pretty big and seating is well spaced outside ;-)
