All locked up?

I have been driving past this little house or whatever is was, for the last 13 years. It is on a major road. The only thing that changes yearly, are the flowers in Spring.

@ninaganci Nina, it's on the R102 on the way to SSW just before the robots near Croyden on the right. There is a petrol station and woolies across the road ;-)
