Awww. This is so sweet! I do think all the moisture might have caused this for your Rose Bush. My peach colored roses that got the measles had a rose disease. The garden center recommended removing the bush. I just haven’t had the courage to do that yet. I poured hydrogen peroxide around the bush and sprayed it too. It seemed to revive. I’m going to give it another chance next bloom cycle before taking it out.
