I liked the shape of the bottom bunch, which looks like Africa. I will try and fill this month with shots taken with my new canon. This was taken with the kit lens 18-55. I have ordered some others and hope to have them at the end of the week. As I am new to this, critique and suggestions are very welcome.
Beautiful grapes! Enjoy your camera. That's the only lens I currently have with my new camera- the standard kit lens. Eventually I hope to get more lenses but for now, it's fun to see what it can do.
The bottom one does look like Africa. Great shot of the grapes, they look so good, What a neat process that those berries make it into a red wine. Cheers to that and your new camera:)
I really know nothing about cameras as I have a bridge camera that does all the work for me. I will say your composition is fabulous and I agree with you about the bunch of grapes looking like Africa! FAV
My Canon body is much older but it works fine. I used the kit lens on it for ages- then I dropped it and had to replace it. I went with Tamron and love it. The grapes are beautiful- whatever they end up becoming will be rich in flavor judging by their color. Nice shot!
great shot, diana. kit lens are fine. i prefer to use them when i'm roaming around, but you learn well when you use a prime on regular basis, especially the 50mm. but i like the versatility of zooming in and out of a shot. you're adapting very well. aces!
Happy snaps with your new camera
