Market day in Oamaru where businesses put a table out on the pavements and sold items at bargain prices. This is the Pipe band of Oamaru giving us a display of fine Scottish music!

Love the pipe bands. My daughter spent her high schools years in her school band, which included an large pipe band. It was spectacular to watch them march. They all wore the most beautiful uniforms. it was a highlight of her school years.

Lovely -- I'm a big fan of bagpipes. You're near Dunedin, I think, and that was originally a Scottish settlement, so the pipes must be popular there.
