Midwinter Madness

They are crazy! But seem to be having a lot of fun. About 30 people braved the winter sea to win prizes and be part of the event. One guy was out within 5 seconds, others were in for over 10 minutes! This guy with the pink parasol had no wet suit or T shirt and he was splashing this group! I caught his mischievous face on another shot but this is where he started to splash!

Funny we were checking the weather in Glasgow on Sunday evening for our trip the following day & the day time temp in Glasgow was the same as the day time temp in Hamilton NZ. Yours in the middle of winter & ours in the middle of summer!!! Something wrong somewhere!!
