Selective Focus with foreground blurred

I've already figured out... this type of selective focus is easier to achieve with digital than the other previous attempts to master this technique. The trick to this one is to make the blurred foreground add to the photo and make sense in its scheme. This is not quite what I wanted today but, it will do for now.
