A simple vegetable steamer could be so much fun to shoot?! Got my stove knobs through a hole or two and even got some nice bokeh! Hmmm? Gotta admit - some of these challenges push you to do the abnormal which forces you to see things in many different ways.
Wow, what a great shot and so creative. How did you get the photos on the left side? You are so right, this is pushing us to do things we have not thought of and to see things differently. Are we supposed to include one shot with yellow this week, or get as many as we can in the week? I think I missed something. A Fav for me.
@darsphotos Thank you, Darlene! Basically, I just created a collage with one being the background and the others on top. I'm not really sure about the number of photos. The discussion topic is in "Themes and Competitions"... I know I've seen others do more than one. I guess that's up to you. LOL! Thank you for the fav! I'd never have thought that!

Love the collage and the great idea, Maggie. Some of the most mundane items make the most fabulous photos. Great creativity here. Love the yellow glow . . you're right, some of these themes are fun to play around with. :)
@karenann Thank you, ma'am! My stove top light gives off a nice yellow glow for this but, I did push up the yellow tones a tad more. I might have to find something else to play around with. LOL!
So simple yet so dynamic! I like how you included the three photographs to the side giving us different viewpoints of the little strainer circles plus circles of bokeh. You have great talent in composition!
@phil_howcroft You are too kind! LOL! This was for the yellow abstract theme. I don't normally even try these themes but, what the heck! Gave it a go! Get that "abstract image" eye going and let's see some shots, and you can easily out do me! Funny! Thank you for the fav, the view and most of all, for your nice comments!

@hillcrest ??? No, I don't have an iPhone. Can't afford the monthly plans for one. That's okay though! I'd love to pin all of my fav pics of others to my boards, but it's just not possible. It's fun to see all the FB likes and how many times they get repinned.

@urvid Thank you! It was for the yellow2 abstract theme. There's also the yellow2 theme. I don't normally attempt to do these themes. Don't know why I did this time. ???
I've not really done any abstract work on my 365, but this image is inspiring me to try some.
I'm going to have to get my 'abstract image' eye working this weekend, to see if I can match your talent :)
