@kvphoto Thank you, KV! I've eaten poke salad a few times when I was a teenager. I had a friend whose mother made it in the spring time. I watched her make it in a cast iron skillet. I was told by her that only the young tender leaves in the spring - before it blooms - can be consumed, after that - it's poisonous and should not be eaten.
