At the tubes

At the dam, the "tubes" -- spillway area where the water is let through -- draws people to fish or just stand and watch. My attention was drawn to the shadow of a family cast against the concrete structure in the middle.

Shadow family adds emotion to this image. Also like how their smallness gives perspective of immensity to damn.

@howesandraj I'm glad you like the shadow family. The smallness of the shadow, though, probably distorts the size of this piece of the dam -- makes it look larger than it is. The dam itself is big (well, not as big as, say, the Hoover Dam, etc) the concrete structure (whatever it's called) in the middle is not tremendously large.
