We visited this fishing village as part of a wetlands cruise. On the way to the village we stopped close to the mangroves to watch proboscis monkeys. Unfortunately the smoke haze was even thicker today, so we could not see what should have been spectacular views of mountains, jungle and islands in the South China Sea.
