Sculptor At Work_DSC8699

We had an interesting trip down the hill into Adelaide this morning. It was bucketing with rain and we were driving down the freeway through fog. I had hoped to check out some of Adelaide's lovely gardens, but the weather wasn't on my side.
This guy was working in Rundle Mall. His model was standing next to him, but I had raindrops on my lens on every shot of him.
The black and white conversion, evened out the background distractions and the clashes of the orange shelter and the sculptor's purple shirt.
A meaningful photo. Great capture !

The beret and long hair in a pony tail gives him the look of an artist as well! He is obviously very talented.

What a remarkably talented artist this man is! You didn't happen to get his card, did you? I'm wondering where he shows his work, or if any is even in a museum. I do think he's just that good!

@Weezilou I'm sorry that I didn't think to pick up his card. It was fabulous to watch him at work.
