Off they go into the wild blue yonder ....

The take off spot for the hang gliding people - definitely not my thing. (Though secretly I think I wish I had the courage to do that - but I don't!) Can't imagine how you make yourself take that first step off the cliff.
Oh so peaceful

Lovely place...I like your perspective...that is sort of like jumping out of 'perfectly serviceable airplanes'! Not sure I have the guts either...though I'd like to.

Nice perspective. I can see how you might be hesitant to take the leap!

Beautiful place to fly. You have captured it gorgeously. I agree, it would be hard to step off into the wild blue yonder.

How close were you to the edge, Milanie? You seem to have a very good head for heights!
Love the dof here, it really gives a sense of distance.

@dulciknit Probably about 18" to 2' - Bill kept saying "stop inching forward" - was watching my footing! Then staying down low made me feel steadier :)

@milaniet Brave lady - I wouldn't get within 18 - 20 feet! How is Bill these days?

@dulciknit No real change for Bill. Still no feeling on the left side and tires a lot easier, but we're still able to get out and about as long as it's not too far a drive. Thanks for asking, Alison.

@milaniet Sorry to hear that, Milanie but glad you're able to get out - it must be a help to get a change of scenery.
