Managed to walk out the high school road to where I'd seen these colors without getting hit by a teen late for class! Quite narrow road, but worth the walk. Afraid they'd be gone if I waited for the weekend.
Not many leaves left. So interesting to witness the change of seasons, here there is little other than temperature to distinguish one season from the other.
