Thanks to my advancing years and the fact that we're a small town, I've lived here almost 50 years, and I taught so many of the people here (or their kids), they've granted me tolerance in invading their yards with my camera! Thank goodness!
Beautiful flower and excellent capture. It isn't surprising with your history that you're considered to be the neighborhood photographer. I find that most folks are quite proud to share their flowers.
You must be very well respected in your community Milanie due to your teaching career and I'm sure the townsfolk love to show you their horticultural skills.
My friend Muggins said when she turned 80 "I go to the front of the line, no one is going to get mad at an old woman"! Her theory was that her age gave her rights the rest of us don't have. Smile. So however old you are, you are obviously loved and respected and can go where you please. Good for you!
