Interestingly enough, this vegetable is green- just not neon green. It's an acorn squash shot from above and then run through the neon effect in Picnik. So if you stayed in the vegetable category you were on the right track.

i was going to guess a pepper corn squash because i have two right by the kitchen window. but i like howard's guess better. he cracks me up everytime. very creative processing, ann. i like those little green beings.
