Tommy said he wasn't going to be able to see the Full Moon last night, so I should take a shot for him. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to see it either, but sure enough, the storm ended around midnight and within an hour the backyard was lit up by the moon. So, here you go Tommy- a Full Moon just for you!
Beautiful! I was hoping to get some pictures of the moon but we have had some long awaited cloud cover. I will not complain as it has lowered the temperature and bought a smigeon of badly needed rain!
Lucky Tommy to have you go out in the middle of the night (probably in the cold, too) to take a shot of the moon for him. The shot was worth all the trouble, though.
My most humble thanks to each and every one of you! And a special thanks to the folks who fav'd it! I just love the moon- don't know why but it takes my breath away. So it's easy to go out and take a picture of it no matter what hour! Thankfully our yard is dark enough to do that and once the moon is past the tree line it's quite easy to capture with my tripod. Have a great night everyone (or day wherever you are!).
@altadc Thank you Alta! @tommykeith Thanks Tommy- I'm glad you both like it. I love taking shots of the moon, so it's not hard for me to find a reason to do it! But you were so playful with the admonition that you weren't going to be able to see and that I was, well, what else could do but oblige? (o:
