Numbering Time

Historical books from the late 1800's to early 1900's on the shelf at the Barrett Township Historical Society library. I liked the colors.
Wow they look very fragile

I wonder what kinds of info they hold? I wonder what the A and the T mean and what happened in 1903 to need to books?

They look so fragile I suppose one was not allowed to touch them. Great shot and edit.

Thank you so much for all your views, comments and favs. This was one of my favorite shots of the Cresco Train Station Photo Walk with my photo club. I'm not sure what records were kept in them. And I'm not sure what happened in 1903 that earned it two books. They were on a shelf in the historical society's library and I didn't think to ask what they were- silly me! I was just drawn to their condition and the colors. Thanks for landing this one on the PP!
