We had some wonderful Spring weather today- warm, sunny and breezy! I found signs of Spring popping up in all my gardens- yippee!! And after a lovely walk, Cloe announced that she was not going to leave my front yard. So what do you think of my new lawn ornament?
@woot Thanks Davide! She is the world's cutest neighbor! @sarasdadandmom Thanks Terry! I had first called it Spring Garden (boring!!) and as I was uploading it the second title came (much better!). Absolutely- come on Spring!!!!!!
@karenann Thanks Karenann. She was so funny. Her mom wanted her to come inside and do some school work, but Cloe didn't want to at all! @httpgeffed Thanks Colleen. We are a little less north than you, but actually I was surprised to see how far up they were already. I have to get the deer repellant out! @sgoodin1 Thanks Sara. This feels early to me, but it's been a "warmer" winter, so it's not that surprising.
@kimmistephens Thanks Kimmi- she is! @ellimae Thanks Ellen! She is a cutie pie- sort of an "adopted" granddaughter for us. @nicolecampbell Thanks Nicole- yes soooo happy to see them pushing through the earth! @sangwann Thanks Dione! She definitely will be very pretty- I'm sure! @peterdegraaff Thanks Peter- just something fun to celebrate Spring. @cimes1 Thanks Carole! She loves to come visit us- and yes, her mom always has her dressed quite fashionably. But I think the boots were her idea in this case! And yes, I'm sooo happy the flowers have made their presence known! @alia_801 Thanks Alia- she's our version of Magic and Phoenix.
pretty in pink, i say! maybe she needs a coat later on. wonderful collage. i walked about the neighbourhood this morning until my touchey froze just looking for signs of spring. yeah, i found them alright and methinks they're going to sprout because tomorrow it's supposed to be fourteen degrees. that's +14 celcius. what a teaser, yesterday we had blizzard like conditions. but bring the warm weather on!
@summerfield Yes, I know- this day, March 8, it was almost 70 degrees F. Today we were lucky if we got to 40 F. Who knows what tomorrow will bring. But as long as it's sunny I can live with it!
