When I went to Wikipedia in search of an artist's name I landed on Grofbottwar. It's a town in the Ludwigsburg district of Baden-Wuttenberg, Germany. The town sits within the Neckar River basin and is located on a tourist route through the Wuttenberg wine region. Founded in the 13th c. by an alliance of prominent families, the town has remained well-preserved due to the lack of natural disasters and ravages of war. It still has buildings which were built from the 15th through the 17th centuries with their original timbers.

I'm still battling my summer cold, so I don't think I was at top creative form today. But it was still fun to take a stab at the album challenge. It also seemed interesting that I ended up with a quote about heaven after my father's passing in May.

@summerfield I wasn't really paying attention to it either Vikki- but then I saw a reminder in the discussions this morning and thought I'd give it a shot. By this afternoon the listing had already been bumped off. I think I'm going to start requesting that those "I'm sorry" "Please follow me" "What do you think of this shot?" and "Why doesn't my picture make to the PP" threads get their own page or corner or something. There's been so many lately and the important stuff is getting lost in the shuffle. I don't mind people shamelessly promoting themselves if they're comfortable with it, but there's just so much of it lately that I'm tired of seeing it. Oh well, I think this cold has got me a bit crabby. It's bedtime! Thanks again! Sorry for the rant!
