... that these are not real flowers? They are made of glass. There are over 3,000 of them on display at the Harvard Museum of Natural History in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Don't be thrown off by the processing effects. When you look at them on display, they truly look like the real thing!
@olivetreeann Brilliant job! Well done! I love the focal b&w effect, this one is handy if you want to do more than one spot. The colour-tint, sepia and other effects have the same option...enjoy!
@filsie65 Thanks Phil! There will definitely be more processing play time in my future!! @salza Thanks Sally! @potsbypam Thanks Pam- yes, they were incredibly real!
@anazad511 Thank you Ana! @ruthmouch Thank you Ruth! @lyno Thank you Lyn! I know, I was having so much fun with the processing and then I realized no one would believe they were glass! @annaruth Thank you Anna! @henrir Thank you Henri!
@prttblues Thanks Bev! Before the processing, it's a little more evident, but only because they are under glass in the museum so the camera picks up the reflections. When you look at them in person, it's hard to believe they are glass.
