I took this the other night during our big snowstorm. It doesn't look like much in this shot, but it was actually coming down pretty thick at the time. The Orton effect gives the trees that soft edge and the flash brings out the snowflakes. I'm not sure what turned the sky from a steel gray to a midnight blue, but I'm glad it did!
