For some reason my computer is refusing to acknowledge my camera card today, so I couldn't upload anything I took. I'll be relying on my second camera and shots I've already loaded in for a while- that is until I can take this to the place I bought it and complain! Sometimes technology is soooooo frustrating!!
I'm not sure why my computer won't read the one camera card but as soon as I can I'm going to take it to the store to complain! In the meantime, I can still use my Nikon and upload from the camera directly or I can scan pictures into our main computer and then put them on a flash drive to transfer them over to my laptop. Lots of work, but it'll keep me going for a while!
Nice shot, Ann :) Brave to get so close to not just one but two bees! Try getting a separate card reader that plugs into your USB drive. I have one of those and it works great. You just take the card out of your camera and after you insert the USB with the reader ports into the port on your PC, you stick the card from your camera in. I can't understand why it won't read your camera. .... Did you download drivers? Did it come with a CD perhaps? Anyway...enough about that... This is a great shot. Well done.
@prttblues Thanks Bev! I will look into that card reader- hadn't heard of that before. I don't think I downloaded any drivers (but I confess I have no idea what a driver is). I don't understand it either because up until Saturday, it read them with no problem. Actually I probably should just go back to Best Buy and make them look at it but I can't do that until the car is fixed. Or call up the HP Help Center but I'm sort of busy at the moment and just don't have the time! At least I can still upload from the Nikon, and I can scan things into the home computer and then bring them over to the laptop via flash drive. Crazy, but it works!
