Thank you Jolene, Marnie, Babs, Mandy, Henri, Rob, Ferry, Katy and Wendy! This effect was a preset in my photo processing program- it came with the frame and is supposed to look like an engraved wooden plaque. It was just different enough that I liked it and since I didn't feel like searching for something else, it's what I used! Thanks for all your kind words!
