I will be a bit limited in commenting for the next week while my nephew is visiting, but will catch up when I can.
I will be posting photos taken at the Kurri Kurri Nostalgia Festival this week while I am out of action.
This collage is of the Sons of Anzac who turned up at the festival last weekend.
Sons of Anzac is a military/social Motorcycle club who conduct charity work for the Newcastle community, Legacy and Soldier On.
By combining their interest in motorcycles and helping others, they have established a family friendly club which is an outlet for military persons and their families, supporting local charity events and organisations. Part of this is to provide “time out” for both returned service personnel and members of the community dealing with illness by weekend rides to various locations throughout the Hunter.
I had a lovely chat to the chap in the photo. He is the president of the Hunter region Sons of Anzac and an ex Navy serviceman.
Wonderful collage beautifully capture in lovely colour and detail Babs, nice to get the background on the work of the Sons of ANZAC and long may the continue makes you proud to be a biker:)
