No Barbeque Today by onewing

No Barbeque Today

As I was driving home along the waterfront this afternoon I stopped to take a photo at the nature reserve and barbeque area. I guess there won't be any barbeques today though.

Over the last three days we have had 100 mm rain according to our rain gauge chart. Compare that to the month of May where the total rainfall was 75 mm for the whole month.

What a start to winter! I am beginning to get webbed feet.

Ha - we too have had so much rain over the last couple of days. Your image says it all!

We know that feeling, we are diving through flooding to get home. Has only happened since the developers have moved in.

Quack. It doesn't rain but it pours
June 4th, 2018
Oh wow! I sympathise as we have had some very wet periods in the UK.
June 4th, 2018
Oh gosh you have had a deluge! Send some down to the Blue Mountains please - our dams have dried up and we have had to start buying tank water - something we have never had to do in the 18 years we have lived on our farm.
