Magnolia after the wind

The gale force winds have blown most of the petals from the magnolia flowers and they litter the ground like huge confetti. The lovely centres of the flowers are now exposed and they have their own beauty.

Sun still shining here but there is still a very strong wind. It does feel slightly warmer than yesterday though.
