The sun has got it's hat on - briefly

I looked out of the window and suddenly the rising sun came out and lit up Appledore across the river. I rushed out with the camera to catch this unusual moment. This is the first sun we have seen since we arrived last Friday. Not sure it's going to last but we are off out for our beach walk in the gorgeous sunshine. Doesn't the world look a better place when the sun shines!!
